The Toyota Prius C does not make oil changes easy. The filter is located under the low clearance body of the car with the filter fully emersed into the undercarriage. This means that the filter is unaccesable by strap wrench. This 3D print allows me to change the oil filter with out having to buy (and keep track off) an oil filter wrench adapter.
64mm Car Oil Filter Adapter
The print consists of a 14 sided polygon circumscibed around a 64.1mm diameter. This allows it to fit around 64mm filter cartridges. There is up to 25mm of engagment with the filter and 50mm of extention to allow an adjustable wrench to turn the adapter. The hex head is 1" diameter.
